Paul is a seventh generation Caymanian, born and raised in the district of West Bay. His love of horses began at the early age of 6, upon receiving one as a gift from his father. His relationship with horses has grown over the many decades since, as have his stables! The proud owner of 16 fine equine specimen, Paul knows the personality, pecking order and lineage of each horse he owns…as well as most of those on island. A founding member of the Cayman Wranglers, an organization devoted to the education and community involvement of horse owners in the Cayman Islands and a licensed & certified "Farmer & Livestock owner", Paul is also a registered member of the Cayman Islands Agricultural Society (classification under livestock (horses)) and an international member of the Senepol Cattle Breeders Association. Paul's belief in training with respect, love and trust has proven to be the right recipe for success. His horses are devoted and submissive without prods, whips or restraints. A gentle spirit with a wealth of knowledge about horses and his beloved island is what you will find when you ride with Paul.

chelsea rivers
Born in Texas, Chelsea was relocated to the beautiful, hidden gem of Grand Cayman at the tender age of 4. Growing up on an island, she experienced the quiet childhood and village community so beneficial to early development – a good old fashioned Caribbean upbringing shaped her. Chelsea's involvement in the Caymanian community spans many organizations and ensures a very active life outside of work and family. As chairperson, member and advisor to several committees and associations she is driven to do her part to help build strong foundations for Cayman's children and less fortunate, using her voice and writing to make a difference. Author of "Hurricane Ivan: The Experience", Chelsea produced a docu-novel about one of the most devastating natural disasters to affect the Cayman Islands in recent memory. When she's not balancing the books, organizing reservations and communicating with customers, Chelsea works full time as a marketing manager for an international law firm in Grand Cayman. She shares her life with husband Paul and their three children, horses, cows, peacocks, chickens, cats, dogs, parrots and turkeys! Paul continues to remain married to Chelsea…even after discovering that not all Texas women are cowgirls! |
